Here is the update from PAGASA of the 2019 Typhoon Jenny as it enters the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR). ISSUED AT 2:00 AM, 28 August 2019 (Valid for broadcast until the next bulletin to be issued at 5 AM today) “JENNY” HAS MADE LANDFALL IN CASIGURAN, AURORA AND HAS WEAKENED INTO A TROPICAL DEPRESSION • The center of “JENNY” made landfall at around 10:40 PM in the vicinity of Casiguran, Aurora. • Between early morning and early afternoon today: Light to moderate with frequent heavy rains over Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, and Aurora.
